Bighorn sheep are probably my favorite subject to paint. I witnessed this ram near Rapid City, SD. He hopped down the cliffs with ease. One of the best parts about this painting is the variety of grasses and plants depicted. There are several different grasses, sage, thistle, curly cup gum weed, and ponderosa pine in this scene. It made my work tedious but enjoyable.

This fine art is available in a variety of hanging styles. They are all museum-quality giclée prints with pigmented inks that won’t fade. Each option except “unframed canvas mounted on board” comes ready-to-hang.
